As per our company policy we do not expect return and refund. You can request an exchange or a credit note in the following instance only:
• Product (s) delivered in inaccurrate than the one ordered I.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• Product (s) size issue.
In all the cases above, please be advised the product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition with its Orignal tags intact.
Note - Products bought under clearance sale or in offer price are not eligible for return and exchange.
Process For Exchange:
If your purchase meets and/or exchange criteria stated above, Send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsApp within 1-2 Days of delivery with the following information:
• Order number
• Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product please send us an image of the item.
NOTE - Kindly do not forget to make the 360° uncut opening video to claim any defect.
Our team will address your concern and will contact you for the necessary action. Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a rivers pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and Mobile number. Krishna saree will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. we recommend returning item through traceable mail.

Once we receive the package, it will go through a quality check at the warehouse. if it meets our criteria Your exchange will be initiated.
Note - The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
Process For Refund:
If you don't want a product exchange, you can request for a store credit note equalling the amount of the exchange product minus the shipping/cod of to & fro with a validity of 90 days from the date of receipt of store credit note.
